Our sessions go beneath the story. We identify the specific wound underneath the pattern, the nervous system logic keeping it in place, and what it actually takes to change it.

Session Format

- Conducted via video call on Google Meet
- Sessions include practical exercises and, where useful, integration work between calls.
Sessions are typically available Monday–Friday, 9:00–11:00am and 3:00–5:00pm (UK time).

This is life coaching, not therapy. Sessions are practical and informed by psychological theory.
What happens in a session?
Sessions are tailored to you and your current challenges. They may include discussion, psychological frameworks, practical exercises, and sometimes optional homework to support integration.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No preparation is required. You’re welcome to bring a specific situation or topic you want to work on.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All sessions are non-refundable. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours are not eligible for rescheduling.
